For assisted living, board & care and senior communities
A daily check-in call for every resident, priced by the residents you enroll.
Our RN-supervised Care Callers call each enrolled resident once a day for a short conversation, then send a note to that resident's family. Your staff doesn't place the calls or write the updates. You pay one monthly bill, based only on the residents you enroll.
Free 30-day pilot: we call up to 20% of your residents free for 30 days (at least 5, up to 25), then send you a one-page results report. Questions? Call (951) 405-3134. Hear a sample resident call.

Pricing, roster, consent and daily calls in four steps, then why communities add it: happier families, residents who stay, and a clearer line between residents, families and staff.

Why communities add it
Your team already checks on residents. This covers what they don't have time for.
Families hear from you every day
Each call ends with a short written note to the family contact you list for that resident. Families get a daily update without calling your front desk, and you have something concrete to show prospective families on a tour.
Someone to talk to
Loneliness is common even in a full building. A familiar voice at the same time each day gives residents a conversation that isn't about medication or meals.
Independent-living residents
Residents who live on their own within your campus often go a full day without staff contact. A daily call confirms they're up and doing all right.
No added staff hours
We place the calls, take the notes and handle the family updates. Your staff hears from us in one batched alert when residents can't be reached, and by phone only when something is urgent.
How it works
Set up in four steps.
STEP 1
Tell us your size
Tell us your licensed beds and how many residents to enroll. You pay only for residents enrolled.
STEP 2
Enroll residents
Upload the resident list you already have, or type it in. Family contacts are optional: families can sign up with your QR flyer.
STEP 3
Daily calls begin
A Care Caller calls each resident at their time, every day of the week.
STEP 4
Notes go out
Families get a note after each call. Anyone we couldn't reach is listed in one alert to your team, not a phone call each.
Onboarding
How we set up your residents and the families who get their notes.
Right after checkout you go to a secure online roster. Upload the resident list you already have, as an Excel or CSV export from your records system or our template, or type residents in. You check everything before it's sent.
Your community contacts
A main contact for updates, who should get missed-call alerts (by email, text or both), and an urgent line such as your front desk or care station.
Each resident
Name, room, the phone we call, a call time or a 2-hour window, and language, plus anything that helps the caller, such as hard of hearing or favorite topics. We don't need medical records.
Their agreement
No signatures for your staff to chase. You tell us who decides for each resident. Residents who decide for themselves say yes on our first call; a POA or responsible party gets a one-tap consent link by text and email, with automatic reminders. Post or hand out our resident notice so everyone knows the calls are coming.
Loved ones who get the note
Up to three people per resident, by email, text or both. Once the resident or their representative says yes, each one gets a short welcome message explaining the daily note and how to stop it at any time. Don't have family emails? Print your QR flyer: families sign themselves up, and your team approves each one on your dashboard.
Your first days
Within one business day we call your main contact to review the roster and confirm start dates. Then daily calls begin, and notes go out after each call.
When a resident doesn't answer
We try three times. If we still can't reach them, we don't phone your front desk. They're listed in one alert at 11 AM, 3 PM or 7 PM with anyone else we couldn't reach, and their loved ones are told. We only phone your community if a resident goes unreached two days in a row or mentions an urgent concern.
When a resident raises a concern
Your staff hear first. Your alert contact gets a message right away with a one-tap "we checked on them" link. The family's note says staff are checking in, and they get a short update once someone has.
Your dashboard
One private page for your team: today's calls, open concerns, family sign-ups to approve, your roster (moves, hospital stays, new residents, call times), invoices and contacts. Roster changes take effect today, and your bill follows on the next invoice.
Proof it's working
A monthly report for leadership: calls completed, reach rate, concerns and how quickly your team checked in. Plus a marketing kit (website badge, tour flyer and wording) to show families the service on tours. We use resident information only for the calls and notes, never for marketing.
What families and your team actually receive
Sample daily note to a loved one
Margaret sounded cheerful and said she slept well. She had breakfast in the dining room and is looking forward to bingo this afternoon. She asked us to say hello.
Nothing needs attention today.

Questions
What administrators ask us.
How is the price worked out?
Only by the residents you enroll. $168 a month covers your first 4 residents. Residents 5 to 24 are $42 each, 25 to 74 are $38 each and 75 to 149 are $36 each. Every community pays the same rates, whatever its size, and you never pay for empty beds. Residents waiting on a representative's OK aren't billed until they agree.
Do we have to enroll every resident?
No. Enroll the residents who want the calls or whose families request them.
Who makes the calls?
Trained Care Callers on our own team, supervised by a registered nurse.
What happens if a resident doesn't pick up?
We try three times. If we still can't reach them, they're listed in one alert to your team at 11 AM, 3 PM or 7 PM, together with anyone else we couldn't reach, and their loved ones are told. We don't phone your front desk for every missed call. We call your urgent line only if a resident goes unreached two days in a row or mentions an urgent concern.
Can families pay instead of the community?
Yes. No budget line for this? Hand out our QR flyer and families subscribe themselves, so the community pays nothing. Community pricing applies when the community is the one billed.
How long is the contract?
Month to month, or a year up front at 10% off. Monthly accounts can cancel any time; calls continue through the end of the paid period.
How is resident information protected?
We collect only what the caller needs: name, room, the phone we call, call time, language and notes that help the conversation, such as hard of hearing or favorite topics. We don't need medical records. Each Care Caller sees only the residents on their own call list. Resident information is used only for the calls and family notes, never for marketing, and you can ask us to remove a resident's information at any time. Read the resident privacy notice.
Can you call residents with memory loss or hearing loss?
Yes. Note it on the roster and the Care Caller adjusts: a slower pace, short and simple questions, and speaking up clearly. Residents with advanced memory loss who can no longer hold a phone conversation may not be a good fit for a daily call. If that's the case, we'll tell you during the free 30-day pilot, before you're billed for them.
